Despite all our care, it may happen that a product gives reason for complaint. However, we place the highest value on good quality and satisfied customers. Therefore, you can be sure that we will do everything in our power to help you. ​​​​​​​​
1. Complain about the product to the retailer
The first way should always lead you to the shop.
If you have purchased our product from a specialist retailer, online retailer or department stores', we would like to ask you to contact the respective sales outlet and present the purchase receipt. The retailer will then handle the complaint with us (or abroad with our sales partners).

2. Direct contact with Westmark (for consumers)
Please do not send us the defective product without being asked, but contact us first. We will then coordinate the further procedure with you. Our service telephone is manned from Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 13:00.
