We attach great importance to you settling into the Westmark team quickly and easily. You will be taken under the wing of the relevant training manager and your colleagues, who will support you and help you develop your personal skills. In this way, we want to prepare you as well as possible for your professional future with us.
Your training at Westmark:
On your first day at work, you will be officially welcomed and introduced to your personal contact person. They will show you around the entire company and introduce you to many new colleagues. Don't worry, you'll remember their names eventually. If you have any questions, you can always ask your new colleagues.
Throughout your training period, you will pass through all the departments in our company that are important for your training, giving you a comprehensive insight into the Westmark world of kitchen aids.
