With this shredding zester from Westmark's reliable Gallant series of kitchen gadgets, you can cut shreds from citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges in no time. The built-in channelling knife is also suitable for decorating citrus fruit garrnishes and for removing small damaged spots.
