The Scharfe Herta drum grater matches the base of article 97062260 (Vita Freund juicer) or 97042260 (Frecher Fritz mincer) and includes 3 cutting drums and a filling plunger. The fine drum is ideal for grating parmesan, chocolate or nuts. The coarsegrater is ideal for grating potatoes for hash or carrots for a delicious raw vegetable salad. The slicing drum is extremely useful for slicing cucumbers and other vegetables.
