The Westmark Chicken Grill makes it easy to prepare poultry on the barbecue or in the oven. Simply place the gutted chicken on the grill and fill the steam container inside with your choice of seasoned stock or beer. The result is an evenly cooked chhicken, crispy on the inside and outside. Excess fat is neatly collected in the drip tray and when the job is done, the rack can be taken apart and cleaned in the dishwasher!
