5 YEAR GUARANTEE

​​​​The WESTMARK guarantee is a voluntary commitment and covers all countries in which Westmark products are purchased. The statutory material defect rights for the purchase of a product remain unaffected by this.

We, WESTMARK GmbH, hereby guarantee the function of the item for the period stated on the packaging - generally 5 years after the purchase of the product - provided that the item has been used properly within the normal scope of household use and that any damage has not been caused by the customer. Should the product show corresponding damage within the warranty period, we will either provide a replacement of equal value or undertake to restore the product to a functional condition by means of factory-new spare parts. Wear parts such as rubber strips for corers, lids and clips for preserving glasses as well as bottle sealers are excluded from the guarantee.
The proof of purchase is valid as proof of the warranty period.

WARRANTY CLAIM IN GERMANY

​​​​In the event of a warranty claim, you should preferably address your claim to the dealer who sold you the product or by letter, e-mail or fax to the following address:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged products that are sent to us freight collect without prior agreement. Please always coordinate the procedure with us first.
We usually handle warranty cases from abroad via sales partners in the respective countries.
