The Technicus-Square hand slicer has a nice, fine cut, with which you can effortlessly create flakes of hard cheese, truffle or chocolate. The non-slip foot and the ergonomically shaped soft-touch handle ensure a secure grip.

The graters, slicers and zesters from Westmark's Technicus series are characterised by their specially etched and therefore particularly sharp and durable stainless steel blades, which ensure that fruit and vegetables are cut cleanly - for full flavoour.
