The Schnitzel Mouli offers three interchangeable, sharp stainless steel cutting discs for effortless, fast and eco-friendly food preparation. One cutting disc each for planing, fine grating (Ø 4 mm holes) and coarse grating (Ø 5 mm holes) Three rubbeer suction feet ensure a firm grip on smooth surfaces.
