The Robusto-Spezial is a particularly heavy meat hammer for tenderising pieces of meat and poultry. Especially when preparing cutlets or even roasts, the meat must be pounded beforehand for consistent cooking and succulent results. By using differentt surfaces with different textures, you can customise the tenderising process based on your needs. Use the smooth hammer surface to flatten the meat. With the textured surface, you can soften it to perfection. This prevents your meat dishes from becoming unpleasantly tough. The Robusto Spezial is also suitable for crushing nuts, biscuits and ice cubes.
