The round fermentation basket is used for resting and rising all types of bread dough, such as mixed rye or sour dough. It is made of 100% natural rattan cane, an odourless natural material, and offers optimal fermentation conditions for homemade breead with a typical baking pattern. The balanced resting conditions ensure perfect baking results. Moist or sticky dough pieces can be easily released and overturned by finely flouring them in advance. It can be easily cleaned by brushing off the excess flour. It also makes an excellent bread basket. It is not safe for the dishwasher, oven or washing up.
