This professional spare parts set for the cherry coring unit of the Westmark Steinomat combi corer (art. no. 40602260) contains 30 scraper plates for selling and using in smaller numbers. The flexible rubber plates are made in Germany and ensure thatt the cherry pits released by the coring plunger are cleanly separated from the cherry and land in the core cassette provided. The plates with star-shaped recesses are subject to normal mechanical wear and must be replaced occasionally.
